February 2015 – ENMCA welcomes the opportunity to highlight some aspects of the Implementing Act on the European Professional Card and Alert mechanism which would benefit from further clarification and calls on member states and the EC to address these before the Act is adopted.

July 2014 – Analysis of responses to ENMCA's questionnaire, issued to participating competent authorities to feed into ENMCA’s engagement with the development of an alert mechanism under Directive 2013/55/EU.

May 2014 – ENMCA response to the European Commission (EC) European professional card consultation under Directive 2005/36/EC as amended by Directive 2013/55/EU from the Internal Market and Consumer Protection Committee (IMCO).

January 2014 – Analysis of responses to ENMCA's questionnaire on the possible implementation of the European Professional card (EPC) issued to participating competent authorities. A total of 14 competent authorities from 14 EEA countries replied to the questionnaire.

November 2013 – ENMCA response to the call for expression of interest of the Commission in the introduction of the European Professional Card. ENMCA is commenting on the process taken by the European Commission so far and on the need to involve competent authorities.

September 2013 – ENMCA have produced the following briefing in response to the political agreement on the proposal amending the recognition of professional qualifications Directive (2005/36/EC). This briefing sets out ENMCA’s views on some changes proposed by the European Parliament and the Council.
